Dear Patients please be aware that as of the 2nd of October 2023 we will no longer be taking prescription requests over the phone for safety reasons.
If you need to request your repeat prescription you will need to place your repeat template in the Post box at the front of the surgery or when we are open place it in the box on the reception counter.
You can also get access to your repeats via the System one on line portal if you need logins then please ask you will need to provide Identification. You can also download the NHS App for the Apple Store or the Play Store.
