NHS Digital (NHSD), on 12th May 2021, notified all GP Practices of the rollout of a Data Provision Notice (DPN) of GP Data for Planning and Research (GPDPR).

This is a planned replacement for the GPES (GP extraction service) to collect data for planning and research from general practices in England. If you wish to opt out please see link for form & send to surgery
